Eiger (3970 m), north face, historical Heckmair route

Historical monument of alpinism, the north face of Eiger (3970 m) is a huge loose rock assemblage of 1700 m high. It's much safer to climb it when it's covered by snow and ice, in spring for example. Another nice day with Nico, 14h in the Heckmair route, with light backpacs, pleasure climbing !
